Week5 Recap

What can be said? It has been an unpredictable season to say the least. On the final Saturday night game at Hersey Centre, the Perth Panthers led by Leon Perry remain undefeated cruising yet again to a lopsided victory over Toronto East 39-12. Now the bigger question is what happens to the Titans? A team so highly regarded and with so much talent has registered one win with 2 games left in the season. A .500 record is the best this team can hope for, which is far below what anyone expected from this team.

Has Applecreek answered the bell??? Getting their first win of the season against the Scaborough Generals 46-5. Now the bigger question is whether Applecreek has recaptured their swagger? With a big game coming against the Toronto East Titans this question will be answered. The Scarborough Generals are still looking for their first win of the season...when will it come??

The surging Mississauga KG Unit are still getting the job done in the regular season. Clearly the talent this year resides in the West. Mississauga KG Unit is proving they are the legitimate super power in the league, beating the Kanisa Omegas 28-26. Kanisa suffering an emotional defeat, must rebound again as it has been an up-and-down season??
