Week3 Recap

On the first Saturday night game of the season the Mississauga KG Unit took care of business against the Scarborough Generals, defeating the Generals 31-0. Clearly the Generals took a step back from their previous performance and now must look to rebound in their next game. Is Mississauga the next super power coming out of the West? Time will tell.

After the Toronto East Titans emotional win in their season opener over the Kanisa Omegas, a .500 record must be disappointing to a Titan team with plenty of talent and upside. Philadelphia Rolling Thunder are now undefeated and displayed their dominance with a 23-7 win over the Titans. The Philadelphia Rolling Thunder must be feeling confident as they have easily dispatched all eastern conference foes thus far.

Led by Leon Perry, the Perth Panthers undefeated Panthers cruised to a 29-10 victory over Applecreek. Now the bigger question is what happened to Applecreek? A team so highly regarded and with so much talent has not registered a win yet this season. Applecreek must stick together through this adversity and hope they can recapture their swagger down the stretch.
