Week6 Recap

Apple Creek’s slow start and early struggles have been shrugged off as their dominance they displayed in 2009 is now being shown!!! Winners of their last two games beating Toronto East Titans (29-12), they are bound to be a tough playoff team to beat. The only thing stopping them from a .500 record and the possible playoff pool of death are their nemesis The Kanisa Omegas. Titan’s weren't suppose to be this bad... losers of 4 straight games!!! Especially with so much talent on board. This season was a step-back for the Titans as they went with the youth movement...a respectable .500 record is not even attainable. But maybe in the playoffs they will live up to their name the "Titans".

Mississauga KG Unit is the surprise team that doesn’t care. Winners of their last 5 games they now have a strangle hold of first place overall. Is this team going to share first overall or hold down the number 1 spot all by themselves??? Time will tell...Squeaking out a (17-15) win against a young and aggressive Philadelphia team solidifies their regular season dominance. Can they carry this momentum into the playoffs??? Losers of their last 2 games Philadelphia Rolling Thunder have clearly taken a step back and are no longer surprising teams. They’re young, they’re fast, they’re aggressive, but they’ve somehow lost their swagger. Can the Thunder get back to their old ways of winning in time for the playoffs???

TKO, what an up and down season, no one can figure out this Kanisa football team. Are they a .500 team or are they ready to race through the playoffs??? Only time will tell, but they did beat a dominate Panthers team (28-17)and the only team to do so thus far this season. Perth Panther's perfect season is done. With Perth’s leader and QB leaving what will the Panthers do??? How will the team manage??? And how will they respond to their first defeat of the season???
